DJ, singer and producer Mona Yim is releasing a four track EP on Diynamic titled „See Me". The eponymous opening tune is a gentle affair, with shy arpeggiated bells, Mona's ethereal vocals over a cheeky bass line and drums. „Want U" kicks it up a notch - the Housey groove will make you get your back up off the wall! „Feel So" hypnotizes you like the patterns of smoke slowly moving through a room - just close your eyes and get lost. And in „After Dark", she paints a picture like a Murakami novel - you are transported into a cozy Tokio bar with sombre golden lights and a mixologist that's hand-carving ice cubes into the most intricate shapes.
Diynamic is starting a new release series titled „mixtape", named after the popular cassette format that has its roots in early club and hip hop culture. True to its origin, it's an album's worth of tracks by one artist as well as a continuous mix of these individual pieces. The inaugural act to bring you the very first Diynamic mixtape are blaktone, a duo hailing from St. Petersburg. Their music has been present in Solomun's sets for quite a while now, and so the time has come to present them on Diynamic. They deliver 8 tracks in their signature style: absolutely dance floor ready.
Johannes Brecht returns to Diynamic with a three track EP titled „Believer". The title track is a melancholic collaboration with singer Ben Westbeech. One-take mono-recorded drums on an original 808 create the most organic feel (you might notice the tempo slightly varying in places). The warm bass line and string and piano elements are complementing the cold realizations of Ben's words. A minimalistic arrangement that focusses on the quality of its ingredients and mastery of implementation technique, much like traditional Italian cuisine whose reduction to the essentials gives it its power. This is followed by a club version of „Believer" with added drive and energy, but without sacrificing any of the original's sincerity. And as B-side comes „Arp Piano" that is the result of a self-built digital instrument, where Johannes Brecht manually sampled each note of his studio piano and through the input of simple commands creates arpeggiated staccato melodies.

After a four year hiatus from the label, Ukranian artist Angelov makes his return to Diynamic with four tracker EP „Skedo". Title track „Skedo" is giving vibes like a high-stakes submarine pursuit: everyone on high alert while the captain is giving orders to target the enemy vessel. Did the torpedo strike? Did we escape? „Talking" is a sinister sounding and raspy after hour beat with ominous rap vocals, creating an almost ceremonial vibe. Then „Over You" hits with a fierce energy, catchy vocals and an electrifying bass line, nestling right there in your ear for hours or even days. And closing off is „2many", a heartbreak house hymn with syncopated vocals chops and closed eyes on the dance floor.
Israeli duo Clüb De Combat deliver a naughty club record to Diynamic and demonstrate their signature Acid House sound. Opening track „Time" together with Rex The Dog whacks you with a nasty bass line, a hypnotic crushed vocal and those old school analog percussions that won't let you sit still. „Delirio" hits like a high speed pursuit in an action movie - wailing police sirens, the smell of burnt rubber and crashing through obstacles in order to escape your opponent. And „Shine" starts off chill, but then quickly ignites with energetic, catchy stabs and syncopated vocals that will have you grooving along from the very first beat.
German DJ and producer David Kochs delivers a 3-track EP titled „Meta" to Diynamic. Opening track „Run It" is serving melancholy and introspection in an Electro outfit, guiding the dance floor congregation to close their eyes and search within. Title track „Meta" on the other hand is more explorative and connecting, like using tactile senses to make your way through a dark club. Its almost Latin vibe makes you sweat and brings you closer to one another. And finally „Ultrasenses", which feels like an androids dream - is it reminiscence or premonition? We don't know, we just care for the electronic impulses running through our veins.
„I just wanna feel your sweat on my body" - Miami-based Nala paints erotic pictures on the brute bass beat of Catz 'n Dogz in „Me Me Me". Hushes, moans and a dark and sultry energy fill the room, melting everyone into one entity of skin and leather that moves in unison. „Hot Mess", ups the tempo but keeps the lights low, with flashes of strobe freezing images of bizarre faces in darkest corners of the club, while the priestess Nala speaks her truth in ceremony. A record like a ritual, it awakens animalistic spirits that we give in to when we find ourselves without thoughts on the dance floor.
